William has left the building

William and Jamie were able to leave the hospital today. We have officially been discharged and everything is going great. He will have frequent visits to the clinic to make sure everything is okay. William is also now allowed to eat restaurant food. He is eating much better, but will still have his nutrition IV while he sleeps. This is only until he is able to provide enough nutrition for himself. Jamie is being trained on how to do all of his central line care and flushes. Will's doctor was not comfortable with him living more than 20 miles away from the hospital for the first few weeks. Jamie and Will are living at Jamie's parents for the time being. Will is so happy. He particularly enjoyed the car ride home. He hadn't been in a car for so long, it was fun for him. Thank you again for sharing in this journey with us. God is so Good!
